We have a mover!

Miss Audrey is four months old and has been busy rolling over and trying to sit up. Right now she weighs 13 lbs, 4 oz which is about the same as big sister was. Big brother was over 16 lbs at this age. 

All my kids refused pacifiers and love their fingers. 

I had fun with this Pinwheel and laughed when it was spinning. 

 I also thought I was so big sitting at the table with my family. We are introducing a little rice cereal now. 

We love each other right now. Amilia is nice to me. 

Fun in any weather!

It's been a mix of weather here the past several weeks. We got 12 inches of snow at the end of February and school was even cancelled one day. The kids had fun making a little snowman that they named Frosty Junior and we made a snow cave. Ryan took Austin sledding. 

I was also excited to make snow ice cream with the kids using freshly fallen snow. 

We had mostly nice weather in March. If it snowed, it lasted a day and then melted. We enjoyed many walks to the nearby lake and park. 

I got a family membership on Living Social to a place called Dinosaur Ridge.

It is very close to the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. They have a tour bus that stops at Dino track and fossil sites and a little museum. It was a fun family outing.

 

I have been searching for deals on outdoor toys for our back yard and was able to score a deal on a wagon, slide, and playhouse. It has been keeping Amilia entertained. 

 

Austin had Spring Break last week. He had a friend over to play and one night we went to a place called Fun City. It has bowling, go carts, mini golf, and 

arcades. We also checked out the local library and went to a story time. There are so many family friendly things to do here.

We have met some great friends at church. Ryan and I were asked to speak in our Sacrament meeting which was a great opportunity to introduce ourselves. We were invited to dinner by another family and I was invited to a St Patrick's Day lunch and a book club. Ryan has been playing church basketball as well. We have met some of our neighbors now so we are really feeling settled. Audrey is getting so big now and being more active.
